Portable lighting device worn by public security police when they are on duty and enforcing the law.
1. Classification
Single police equipped with strong light flashlight (referred to as strong light flashlight for short) can be divided into basic type and tactical type. The basic type is the front switch, and the tactical type is the tail cover switch.
2. Technical requirements
1. The surface of a strong flashlight should be smooth without scratches, abrasion, burrs and oil stains; Lens and reflective cup should be smooth, without scratches and stains.
2. The grain of the handle should be clear and there should be no knock marks.
3. Hand rope should be free of scratching and weaving defects, and plastic parts should be free of burrs.
4. Components should be complete, tightly assembled and easy to operate.
5. The charger should be clean and smooth without corrosion.
6. The battery rack and battery compartment should be clean and free of corrosion.
3. Structure
1. The basic strong light flashlight adopts front switch, the button area is divided into lighting key and flash key, and the shell is of anti-rolling cylindrical structure. It consists of a head cover assembly (including a head cover, an attack head, etc.), a barrel body assembly (including a barrel body, a hidden USB charging interface, a switch component, a 4-grid power prompt lamp, etc.), a battery, a tail cover assembly and a hand rope (including an adjusting buckle).
2. The total length of basic flashlight is 154.6 mm 2mm, the diameter of grip is 28.5 mm 1mm, the outer diameter of head cover is 35mm 1mm, and the length of hand rope is 155mm 5mm.
3. Tactical flashlight adopts tail cover switch, button area is divided into lighting key and flash key, and shell is anti-rolling cylindrical structure. It is composed of head cover assembly (including head cover, attack head, etc.), barrel body assembly (including barrel body, hidden USB charging interface), battery, tail cover assembly (including switch assembly, 4-grid power prompt lamp) and hand rope (including adjusting buckle).
4. The total length of tactical flashlight is 154.6 mm 2mm, the diameter of grip is 27.5 mm 1mm, the outer diameter of head cover is 35mm 1mm, and the length of hand rope is 155mm 5mm.
4. Color
1. The main surface of the strong light flashlight shall be black, the laser engraving shall be silvery white, and the bracelet shall be black. Compared with the standard samples approved by the competent business department of the Ministry of Public Security, there shall be no obvious color difference.
5. Weight
1. The total mass of strong light flashlight (including 18650 lithium ion rechargeable battery and bracelet) shall be less than or equal to 230g.
6. Performance
1. Switch operation mode conversion function
Switching mode conversion function of strong light flashlight shall meet the following requirements:
1.1 In any state (standby, strong light, weak light), press the flash button to directly enter the flash mode, press the flash button again, stop the flash and resume the original working state (standby, strong light, weak light);
1.2 In standby state, the strong light point shooting function is realized by touching the lighting key lightly (touching the light, releasing and extinguishing)
1.3 Press the lighting key in standby state, and you should directly enter the strong light mode. By touching the lighting key, you should realize the mode conversion of strong light → weak light → strong light → weak light in sequence, and press the lighting key again to enter standby state.
7. Battery compatibility
Strong light flashlight uses 1 18650 lithium ion rechargeable battery, 3 AAA alkaline batteries or 1 AA alkaline battery, which should be compatible with each other.
8. Initial luminous flux of strong light
Using 18650 lithium ion rechargeable battery, the flashlight will enter the strong light mode when it is fully charged, and the initial luminous flux should be greater than or equal to 160lm.
9. Initial illuminance and chromaticity coordinates of strong light
Using 18650 lithium ion rechargeable battery, the strong light flashlight enters the strong light mode when it is fully charged, and the initial illumination at the center of the spot 5m away from the light source should be greater than or equal to 180 1x. Its chromaticity coordinates should comply with the relevant provisions of white chromaticity area in GB/T8417-2003.
10. Strong light illumination time
18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery is used. When the flashlight is fully charged, it enters the strong light mode and illuminates continuously for 300min. The illumination value of the center of the spot 5m away from the light source should be greater than or equal to 1001x.
11. Initial illumination of weak light
Using 18650 lithium ion rechargeable battery, the strong light flashlight enters the weak light mode when it is fully charged, and the initial illumination at the center of the spot 1m away from the light source should be 120 lx-~ 1801x.
12. Frequency of strong light explosion
The flash frequency of strong light flashlight should be 8Hz ~ 10Hz.
13. Beam angle
The light east angle of a strong flashlight should be 6 ~ 9.
14. Battery protection function
18650 lithium-ion rechargeable battery shall have over-voltage charging protection, over-current charging protection, under-voltage discharge protection and external short-circuit protection functions, and shall not catch fire, explode or leak liquid.
15. Temperature rise of shell
The temperature rise of the shell of a strong flashlight should be less than or equal to 25K.
16. Electricity prompt function
The strong light flashlight should be equipped with 4 power prompt lights. When the light source is turned on or off by using 18650 lithium ion rechargeable battery, the prompt lights will light up to show the remaining power status.
17. Shell strength
Strong light flashlight shell should be able to withstand 980N radial pressure, strong light flashlight should not be deformed, can be used normally.
18. Strength of hand rope
The hand rope shall not break when it bears 50N tension.
19. Broken glass function
The silicon nitride ball part of the attack head should be able to smash 5mm thick tempered glass, and the silicon nitride ball will not fall or break.
20. Reliability
1. Drop reliability
1.1 The strong light flashlight freely falls to the cement floor from a height of 1.5 m in three postures: horizontal state, head down state and tail down. Each test is carried out for three times, and the strong light flashlight has no crack or breakage, and the silicon nitride ball does not fall off.
2. Waterproofing
2.1 The strong light flashlight shall be waterproof tested in 0.5 m depth water for 1 h, and no water shall enter the interior.
3. Switch durability
3.1 Touch and press the lighting key and flash key 30,000 times respectively, and the switch key should be normal.
4. Reliability of charging plug connection
4.1 The charging plug is plugged and unplugged for 3000 times, and should not be deformed and can be charged normally.
5. Environmental adaptability
5.1 Low temperature performance
The strong light flashlight was placed at a temperature of 20 ℃ 2 ℃ for 2 hours.
5.2 Hygrothermal Performance
The flashlight was kept for 48 hours at 45 ℃ 2 ℃ and 95% 2% RH humidity.
