Protection of (5) Torso


Anti-stab Testing (Stab Proof) :

NIJ standard 0115.00  level 1 (knife, Stab), GA 420-2008 (stab)  or GA68-2008 (Stab).

Able to withstand dagger stabbing to any point of the chest back and groin. Under 2000N static pressure for 1 minute ( >= 20J. able to absorb more than 75% hit and protection for more than 35J stab energy )

Ballistics (Bullet Proof).

Meet NIJ level 2 as specified in NIJ standard 0101.04.

Burning Resistance – The vest can resist burning.

To be flame resistant when tested according to ( DIN EN ISO 6941 and DIN 53438 part 1-3 ) or GA420-2008

Chemical Resistance.

Show NO signs of physical degradation when exposed to 2-chlorobenzalmalonoitrile CS gas, Pelargonic Acid Vanillyl amid (PAVA) and petroleum.

The exterior components are chemical resistant and will not drip off when exposed to motolov-cocktail.

Standards for the Protective Gear (Anti Riot Suit)
Stab Proof / Resistance.   They must meet HOSDB Body Armour standard of Knife Resistance (KR) + and Spike Resistance (SP) level 1 KR1+SP1 or equivalent (e.g. NIJ 0115.00 Level 1)


NIJ Standard–0101.04 Level 2.
Type II (9 mm; 357 Magnum)
This armor protects against 9 mm Full Metal Jacketed Round Nose (FMJ RN) bullets, with nominal masses of 8.0 g (124 gr) impacting at a minimum velocity of 358 m/s (1175 ft/s) or less, and 357 Magnum Jacketed Soft Point (JSP) bullets, with nominal masses of 10.2 g (158 gr) impacting at a minimum velocity of 427 m/s (1400 ft/s) or less. It also provides protection against the threats mentioned in sections 2.1 and 2.2.
