Overview:

The Automatic Remote Control Roadblock   Spike Strips are a new generation tire-breaking and vehicle-blocking device developed by our company. It features a simple structure, lightweight, compact size, and fully automatic remote control operation, making it an ideal equipment for law enforcement officers and military forces to set up checkpoints and intercept suspicious vehicles.

Instructions for Use:

  • Place the chassis on a flat road surface with the "Police" side facing up, and the towing head facing the deployment direction. Open the locks on both sides of the chassis to reveal the power switch.
  • Turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will illuminate, indicating that the power is connected.
  • Extend the antenna of the remote control, press and hold the "Forward" button to deploy the roadblock to the desired length, release the button. Conversely, press and hold the "Backward" button to retract the spikes into the box.
  • Turn off the main power of the towing head, and the red indicator light will go out.
  • Raise the chassis, align the joint between the towing head and the chassis, and secure the locks.

 

Precautions:

  • Ensure sufficient battery power and normal operation of the remote control before use.
  • When waiting for the roadblock to deploy, have someone on duty to prevent accidental injury to other vehicles or pedestrians.
  • Avoid giving sudden reverse commands during remote control operation to prevent damage to the device.
  • Store in a well-ventilated, dry place for daily maintenance, avoiding dropping, pressing, or rolling.
  • Within 25 meters in the inertia direction of intercepted vehicles, no one is allowed to appear to prevent unpredictable events.
  • Replace remote control batteries when the control distance noticeably decreases.
  • For long-term storage, regularly charge (recommended frequency: once a month) and remove the batteries from the remote control to prevent leakage and corrosion.
  • Non-professionals are strictly prohibited from disassembling the towing device. In case of malfunctions, consult the company directly.
  • When not in use, store the product in a cool, dry place. Do not use on rainy days to prevent moisture affecting the wiring.
